Frequently asked questions regarding our private, custom labeled products service:

• Can we upload our own design?
• Yes, you will see an option to upload your logo, or your own designed label.
• If we do want to design our own label, what are the sizes required?
• For 8oz and 16oz bottles, your labels should be 4" tall by 3" wide
• For 32oz bottles, your labels should be 5" tall by 4" wide
• For Gallon jugs, your labels should be 6" tall by 5" wide
• What quality of labels to you use?
• Our labels are full color, high resolution, waterproof, permanent adhesive.
• What are you lead times for shipping?
• Lead times can vary between 2 days and up to 1 or 2 weeks.
• What does "eco-shipped" mean?
• Instead of shipping water around, we ship the bottles with right amount of our powder concentrate inside. This way they don't break in shipping, your shipping cost is free, and they are easier to stock and carry.
• Either you just add water before offering them to your customer, or your customer can add plain water to the bottles at home.
• Do you charge a set up fee?
• No. 
• Does the solution ever go bad, expire?
• No, the solution remains as powerful from day one to 20 years later. Even after it is mixed/reconstituted with water!
• What are the ingredients?
• Only contains a perfect amount of a unique variety of earth's natural mineral salts & oxygen formulated for use by home users.
• Is it safe for wool, and other natural fibers?
• Always test first, but we have never had an inverse reaction to wool, or any other fabric in over 30 years. 
• Does your product contain soap, or foam up ever?
• No, Other products foam up when shaken, which means they contain soap and will leave a dirt attracting residue. Ours is formulated using a proprietary process and blend of the highest quality, purest natural minerals from exclusive U.S. mines.
• How does it work on pet urine, odor, and stains?
• More effective and faster than enzymes, it works through a natural osmosis effect permanently destroying the urine cell walls, thereby eliminating the odor and the stain. As long as it can reach, and remain on the stain until it dries, it will permanently destroy the stain, and odor.  It will kick up the urine smell initially, but once it is completely dry the odor and stain will be gone. It sometimes take a few treatments. 
• Why don't we use enzymes?
• Enzymes are very tricky, requiring the perfect amount of constant moisture, temperature, and time. Ours work easily, but simply spraying the affected areas and leaving it to dry.
• What other stains does it clean?
• It cleans Blood, Wine, Coffee, Soda, all Pet Messes, Grease, Stovetop, Microwave, Juice, Oil, Food, & more! 
•   How safe is it?
• It is technically safer to drink than even table salt water. 100% non-toxic, non-allergenic, and safe!
• It is 100% safe for all pets and people
• Can we add a scent to it?
• One of the best things about our product is that it is 100% scent free, 100% odorless. However, customers can feel free to add any scent they would like. For example, many will add essential oils to it. We prefer to use it pure, and then spray a mixture of essential oils and water in the room instead of mixing it in the bottle itself. However, it will not hurt the effectiveness or quality of the product if it is mixed.
• What are the general instructions of use?
• Easy, just spray the stain, agitate, and leave it to dry. Repeat as much as needed, but usually one application works!
• Can you print bar codes on the bottles?
• Yes, just select that option when ordering and we will print the the barcode for each respective bottle. If you have a pre-designed label and you want the barcode on it, please include it in your design, or leave a space for us to input it.
• Do you have to print "made by Carpet Details" on the bottles?
• Currently, yes. If you would like this to not be printed, please call us to discuss.
• Are your products legal to sell in California and other highly restrictive/regulated states and countries?
• Yes, we are in compliance with all regulatory requirements in all states and all countries.
